Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 - 20 business days (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Return and Exchange

    • Please ensure the video is clear and properly captures any damage to the product.

  3. Return and Exchange Process:

    • Our customer support team will review the video to verify the product's condition and assess its eligibility for return or exchange.

    • If the claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product or proceed with the exchange.

    • Things can be return or exchange within 90 days from past purchase date.

  4. Shipping Charges for Exchange:

    • In the case of an exchange where the product is not to your liking but not damaged, shipping charges for returning the original product and delivering the new product will be applicable. The exact shipping charges will be communicated to you by our customer support team.

  5. Non-eligible Returns and Exchanges:

    • Products without a recorded unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange based on breakage or damage claims.

    • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than product breakage or damage during shipping will not be accepted.

  6. Refund and Replacement:

    • If your return or exchange claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process or arrange for the replacement product to be shipped to you, depending on your preference

    • refund processing time (15 or 20 days after refund/exchange request approved).

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable and a nominal transaction charge may apply to refund amounts.
